It was lovely to see so many parents attend our first Reading Cafe this academic year! We had a range of books as well as activities for children to complete, such as story props for role-play, exploring artefacts and playing sentence building games. It was great to see children using their phonics knowledge to support them reading and well done to parents for helping to support their children’s reading skills.
