Reception children are learning about transport and in Class 5 this week we have been reading “The Lion on the Bus”. We have been doing lots of counting with people getting on and off a bus and used five frames to help us with the concept of one more and one less. Making a bus for our display using a recycled cardboard box was great fun and lots of children helped to cut out the windows, wheels, door and signs as we are practising our scissor skills.
