Reception really enjoyed going on their first trip to Central Park with their class bears. When we got to the park, the children collected different types of leaves using the binoculars they made. They found so many leaves! Next week we will be using the leaves they found to do leaf threading.
The children then also did some bark rubbings with crayons and paper, which we really liked doing. The Children enjoyed exploring the patterns and textures of the bark. They created some lovely patterns. They are already so excited for their next trip.
