This term in Class 4 we have been exploring the theme of bears. We read the story ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ by Michael Rosen, engaging in all of the repeated phrases. Taking our learning outdoors, we were fortunate enough to go on an educational visit to Wanstead Park for a bear hunt, narrating the story as we went through the grass, forest, and mud.
The real life experience of engaging with this story has been meaningful and enjoyable to all 🙂 Class 4 did some fantastic writing when they came back from their bear hunt.
